Mespi Lodge is an awesome pad for hosting friends and family, and base of operations for some serious skiing and snowboarding. The warm western red cedar walls and wood detailing really give it a warm alpine feel, right at home at the base of Annupuri Resort. Beyond the seven bedrooms, there are numerous areas for entertaining and amusement, including the LDK, sunroom, and gym. The huge games room deserves special mention, with heaps of space for the pool table, ping pong, darts, large format television and stereo, arcade, and library.
Open up the large bank of windows to enjoy the jacuzzi with the cool mountain air, and skip across the deck to the sauna. A small office is available for someone with work to attend to, and the separate laundry room is convenient. Designed with riding in mind, there is a dry room and board area right off the entrance, and a large basement storage space for an owner with a large quiver of boards.
A large 85 sqm central deck spaces on the second floor is perfect for BBQs and outdoor eating, refinished with hard wearing synthetic decking and new railings in 2022. Located on a large lease lot, the owner and guests of Mespi Lodge enjoy an expansive yard with ample setbacks, and a beautiful birch forward that is enjoyed from the sun room, jacuzzi, and games rooms.
Next door is the famous Del Sole Pizza, and Lucky Fingers restaurant is diagonally across the street for eats and drinks.
