The Ski Area

The Crans-Montana ski area stretches from the village up to the Plaine Morte Glacier at nearly 3,000 metres.

Our Curator's Tip

One of our favourite ways to spend a winter day is to start with an early morning ski while the pistes are freshly groomed, enjoy a long lunch on a sunny mountain terrace overlooking the Alps, and finish the afternoon with a leisurely stroll through the village before returning to Cove Crans-Montana.

It's these simple moments—fresh mountain air, spectacular scenery and time spent together—that keep bringing us back to Crans-Montana year after year.
